Day by Day Itinerary
Day 1 - Arusha City – Ndutu Area
After breakfast, we will embark on our journey to the Ndutu area, nestled within the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, a vital part of the southern Serengeti ecosystem.
Ndutu Area Description: Lake Ndutu, like many rift lakes, is alkaline, yet its waters remain drinkable and are frequented by a diverse array of local wildlife. From December to April, the short-grass plains are teeming with the majority of the wildebeest migration, offering a spectacular sight. This area is also rich in resident game and boasts a vibrant population of elephants and various bird species, making it a perfect spot for wildlife enthusiasts. Join us in this mid-range adventure, where the wonders of nature await!

Day 2-4 - Ndutu Area
This day is dedicated to a full day of exhilarating game viewing in the Ndutu area.
Ndutu Area Description: Lake Ndutu, like many rift lakes, is alkaline; however, its waters are still drinkable and sustain a diverse array of local wildlife. From December to April, the short-grass plains come alive with the majority of the wildebeest migration, providing a stunning spectacle for nature lovers. The region is also heavily populated with elephants, numerous bird species, and resident game, making it a fantastic destination for unforgettable wildlife encounters. Day 3&4-Serengeti North (Kogatende)
After breakfast, we head to Serengeti North for an exhilarating game drive to witness the spectacular great migration. Starting in August, river crossings at Kogatende occur as the mega herds settle in. From August to October, game viewing reaches its peak, with river crossings almost guaranteed daily. The herds move back and forth across the river, following the rains and the emergence of fresh grasses.
Hot Air Balloon Experience: $546 per person (this cost is separate from the total package price).
Late in the afternoon, you’ll arrive at Acacia Migration Camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

The safari provides mid-range accommodations, including tented camps or lodges with private bathrooms, comfortable beds, and dining areas.
You can expect to see the Big Five (lions, elephants, buffaloes, leopards, and rhinos) as well as zebras, giraffes, wildebeests, cheetahs, hippos, flamingos, and a variety of birds.
